You can use this app anywhere as a quick fix for stress, tension and mental overload. The more you practise the more benefit you can gain. A calmer, more mindful and relaxed you is able to think more clearly and get tasks done more effectively. Perhaps, best of all, continued practise can allow you to be more present and responsive in your life and relationships.

This app is a powerful relaxation tool that is suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners. The exercises are designed to bring your focus into the present moment. Feel your mind slow down and your body relax as you follow the simple suggestions. You will be guided to press a button at the right time in order to move forward to the next suggestion.

Mindfulness exercises have been proven to be effective in improving focus, reducing stress and anxiety as well as improving sleep and general wellbeing.

Each exercise consists of a series of suggestions that encourage you to become more aware and mindful of yourself in the present moment. After a suggestion is presented you have 30 seconds to reflect before responding and moving onto the next round. The suggestions are designed to remove your focus from the world around you. This allows your mind to slow down, and relax as your cares and worries fade away.

The more you use these exercises, the more powerful they become. That is because your brain hardwires what you focus on so the way you think becomes the way you see and experience life.
